Dr. Khuda Bakhsh is working as Associate Professor at the Department of Management Sciences, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad-Pakistan. He is a PhD in Environmental and Resource Economics from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. He teaches different courses relating to Environmental and Resource Economics. In addition to teaching activities, his research activities include supervising and assisting research work of postgraduate students. Research work conducted under his supervision comprises issues such as estimating health cost of cotton pickers, resource use in and externalities of Bt cotton production, evaluation of better management practices, causes of migration in marginalized rural areas and perception level and adaptation to climate change related events.

Mr. Bakhsh is involved as team leader in data collection for a project from various districts of Punjab and Sindh provinces and interacts with different types of farming communities and to understand their common problems. He has completed two research projects as Principal Investigator funded by national and international agencies.

Mr. Bakhsh has published number of research articles in national and international journals. Policy briefs on different aspects of agriculture are on his credit. He has also been presenting his research work on various issues at national and international levels in different conferences and seminars. He is also an Awardee of the HEC Indigenous 5000 PhD Fellowship Program Phase I.He also received letter of appreciation and cash prize from Vice Chancellor, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan on completion of PhD Degree in the record time. He is recipient of travel grants by HEC, IFPRI and SANDEE to attend conferences outside of Pakistan.
