Mr. Malik, currently residing in Toronto, Canada, is the CEO at Reitana Mortgage Corporation (RMC) that aims to be the world's most desired development projects' financing and mortgage brokerage firm and aims to facilitate the most creative and innovative financing and syndicated mortgage investment products revolving around Real Estate projects to drive solid results to the  clients. He, being a catalyst, offers his vast knowledge, resources and talent on behalf of his clients and enables them to make the most informed decisions towards their sustainable economic future.

Mr. Malik significantly values being a proud LEAD family member where he had been privileged to hone and practice his leadership skills since he got involved with LEAD in 1997. He supports Earth as our only known dwelling planet, adheres the philosophy of LEAD that leaders can be the key to preservation and protection of our planet’s future.

In the past, Mr. Malik founded an NGO, Social Advancement Towards Humanity (SATH) that worked for protection and regeneration of the environment, where he had been involved in conducting workshops, seminars and awareness campaigns on issues connected to education, health, women’s empowerment and sustainable development. Mr. Malik also founded a magazine, Green Times International that provided an information exchange platform for discussions on sustainable development related matters.

He was also associated with a textile manufacturing group (Hira Mills) in the capacity of ISO coordinator and marketing executive where he gradually built up capability of the mill to qualify for ISO certification. He also directed a non-formal home schools project for poor communities in the city of Lahore, and has helped in setting up several such schools. He has obtained a master's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, where he specialized in Counselling and Social Research.
