Ms. Rehana Shaikh specializes in public policy, project management, Gender, partnership development, training and facilitation.  Her public policy and management expert experience is spread over 20 years in social sector development in Pakistan. She has done MSc in Public Policy and Management from Monash University, Australia and also holds a Masters degree in Rural Development from Wye College of London /Jamshoro University Hyderabad, Pakistan. In addition, she has also received a number of short training in Pakistan and abroad.  She has served in rural and urban settings, all over Pakistan. She has also worked on short term assignments in Bangladesh and Afghanistan. Her work experience included interaction with government ministries, departments, local governments, donors, civil society organizations and communities. She has worked at senior management positions in mainstream development organizations. The organizations she worked with include, British Council/ DFID, Save the Children (UK), Agha Khan Foundation,  Raasta Development Consultants, Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (A World Bank Project), Sungi Development Foundation ( A national NGO), and British Council/DFID. She has also taken up short term assignments with World Bank, Asia Foundation, Asian Development Bank, UNICEF, CIDA, ILO, and various other National and International NGOs. She has traveled in USA, Costa Rica, Australia, Netherlands, UK, Bangladesh, Afghanistan India, and Thailand.
